One the New Year's Eve, the Time Square was closed by 9:00 because it was already full of people. When I got there, all the entrances were blocked and the policeman was supervising it.

During the Christmas holidays, the Fifth Avenue was full of tourists and all the stores were decorated for celebration. One big department store's outward walls hung over stars and they played Christmas carols every 30 minutes.

The Museum of Modern Art was renovated and I had a chance to visit it. This is one of their collections, which is a painting all made by chocolate syrup!!
